Strawberry Cheese Tart


HAHAHA..rajin kan? =.= ni wt sebab adunan cheese utk marble choc tu ade lebih..su buh la kt bekas tart ni..kebetulan mak ade beli tart shell kat chowkit..RM2.50 10 shells tu..agaga..dlm tu su letak diced strawberry la..sb xde strawberry filling..asal boleh telan ja..resepi suka suki..gune resepi same cm marble choc tu..pastu masuk kan dalam oven 170 degree 5-7 minit..kasi cheese tu masak jap..nak tau die dah masak mcm mane..ce try buh jari atas cheese tu..kalo x melekat..dah leh bawak kuar la dr oven..

Ni resepi yg su gune..

250 g cream cheese - ni gune Phildephia cream cheese Kraft
60 g castor sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 egg

Ni pulak resepi sebeno cheese tart yg ku rembat dari sini..

Bahan untuk Cheese Filling(inti):-
250 gm cream cheese
50 gm gula aising
20 gm mentega (lembutkan)
1/2 sudu besar perahan lemon
1 biji telur (gred B)


Selamat mencube dan gagal..Try n Error..AGAGAGA..

Marble Chocolate Cheesecake

Macam ade area yang lembap2..tak tau la sebab ape T__T

Cewah tajuk entry tak menahan..harharhar..hari ni su nak buat entry pasal cake..yang su belajar buat dari akak opis..macam ni ceritenye, aritu die belanje kitorg 1 team makan2..then die bawak la kek yg die buat ni..Marble Chocolate Cheesecake..sedappp..sehingga menjilat pipi..hehehe..hmmm..su buat kek ni mase mother's day hari tu..saje nak surprise kan mama..heee~ dan ternyata die tersurprise lalu menyuruh su buat lg kek tu sempena birthday adik su yg no 4 n 5..bukan 1 adunan tapi DUA! yes dua..so saye kena double kan kuantiti bahan2 kt bawah ni..xD

Ingredients A :

180 g butter - saye gune buttercup
20 g cocoa powder - saye gune Tudor Gold
170 g castor sugar (I reduced to 150 g only)
3 eggs
120 g self-raising flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

Ingredients B :

250 g cream cheese - ni gune Phildephia cream cheese Kraft
60 g castor sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 egg

Topping: - ni tambah sendiri

Coklat masakan Hershey


Method :

1. Sift self-raising flour, baking powder and cocoa. Set aside.
2. Cream butter and sugar.
3. Add in eggs (ingredient A), one at a time.
4. Add in the sifted ingredients and mix well.
5. In another bowl, beat all ingredients in B till light.
6. Prepare a 7" tray, line with grease-proof paper. I used an 8" x 8" tray. Pour in one part of ingredient A's mixture into the tin. Spread evenly. Then pour the whole ingredient B's mixture on top and spread evenly. Finally pour the balance of ingredient A's mixture on top and spread nicely to cover the whole area.
7. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 160 C for 1 hour.
